1. Fill the vial with warm water, and shake well.

2. Clean your teeth by performing your standard oral care routine, or via dentist for even better colonization. Swish the warm water and product solution on your teeth, and brush it onto every surface of your teeth for approximately three minutes.

3. Spit out all of the product, and rinse your mouth with water.
